Eugenio Fizzotti
 
born 1946 in Caserta, Italy, is a Salesian of Don Bosco. He is Professor at the Papal University of the Salesians in Rome and at the University of Urbino, teaching Psychology of Religion, Personality Theory, and Vocational Psychology. Since 1968 he spent regularly several month per year in Vienna, in order to extend his knowledge of Logotherapy by close contact with Viktor Frankl. In his articles, books and lectures he treats such topics as Logotherapy, new religious movements, meaning, religious education, suicide, psychology of religion and education of adolescents. He has translated many books by Frankl into Italian.

He is founder and director of ALAEF (Associazione di Logoterapia e Analisi Esistenziale Frankliana)
