, born 1957, is designated director (as of April 1, 2003) of the .. Süddeutschen Instituts fuer Logotherapie in Fuerstenfeldbruck near Munich, and has been trainer and therapist at that institute since 1991. He studied Theology, Social Pedagogics, Logotherapy, and Philosophy. Through seven years he was social worker with Caritas Munich. In addition to his primary interest, logotherapy, he is concerned with the philosophy of religion on a spiritual - and thus transdenominational - basis. Doctorate in Philosophy 1998 in Munich with the book "Music and Transcendence" (St. Ottilien: EOS-Verlag 1998). Author of several volumes about logotherapy and guidance. In 2002 he edited the book "Logotherapie in Aktion / Praxisfelder und Wirkungsweisen" (Munich, Koesel 2002) with contributions from seventeen authors, which was dedicated to Elisabeth Lukas on occasion of her sixtieth birthday. His main work on philosophy of religion, "Der religiöse Urquell" (The prime source of religion), appeared 2001, the book "Vom guten und vom bösen Menschen" (Of good and bad people) was published in 2002. He has done extensive lecture tours in Germany, Austria, South Tyrol, Switzerland, and Hungary. Dr. Zsok is married and has a son.
